This class is suitable for an adult who has done a Beginner 100 sewing class and knows how to operate and thread a sewing machine.

Using a pattern in the studio , you will cut and sew cute summer overalls. PLEASE text me your hip and waist size. ( 5874383991) See the image provided.

You will learn how to finish seams, apply pockets, make a hem and use bias tape.

Fabric options:

1. Text me to set up a time - up to one week prior to the start of class to come to the studio to see the fabric options we have available. Choose your fabric to take home to wash. This is no additional cost. 5874383991

2. You can purchase and provide your own. You need 2.3 metres ,150 cm wide. Suitable fabrics are cotton .linen or woven blends. This is not suitable for stretch fabric. Please wash fabric ahead of class.

Grommets  are included in the cost of class. You will need to purchase matching thread and a packet of single bias tape.

You will be learning to use a serger. All machines are provide as well as tools. Please bring your own fabric scissors.

‍

There will be sewing you can do at home each week to ensure you finish the garment.
